Head of Education, Latin America, Canada & Caribbean
As Head of Education for Latin America, Canada & Caribbean, Carolina is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the education vertical, implementing new initiatives and supporting education customers (higher education institutions, K12 schools, Edtechs and learning companies) in their digital transformation and cloud adoption journeys.
Carolina has over 15 years of international managerial experience in academia, non-profit and private sectors. She is passionate about education, entrepreneurship, innovation and social impact as reflected through her previous work with the Fastrack Institute, Miami Dade College’s The Idea Center, Ilumno, Babson College’s WIN Lab Miami and as leader of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Miami Campus.
Originally from Venezuela, Carolina is a connector, an arts & culture enthusiast and a philanthropist. She is a Trustee at the New World Symphony and at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and a Screening Committee Member for the Miami Film Festival.
Carolina holds a bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University, an MBA from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management and an Executive Scholars.
